    Daddy always said: "Even a fish would not get into trouble if he kept his mouth shut." Went to Lake Purdy. I baited up with some Electric Chicken soft plastics. Caught a few and released the rest.

    Small world. I also started about 18 months ago at 205..Did away with sugar....Presently at 170..

    Lots of walking fishing banks, drinking water instead of POP and having 2 donuts instead of five at a time. Gave up red meat 28 days a month and ate more chicken and fish.
