    do u guys use scents alot? i read in a magzine a few days ago that crappie/basss didnt use there nose much.

    hard to say exactly how much it helps but i know that it doesn't hurt, several times have i applied and on the next presentation caught one.

    I use it quite often. Seems I have better luck when I use it than when I don't.

    I don't use my noise much either but I can fallow a scent trail,bang,nibblies,gulp maggats want leave home withoutem.

    Used Gulp, Gulp Alive, nibbles and a variety of prescented baits. The best I can say is sometimes it seems to help. I agree it doesn't hurt. Fish, being the contrary creatures they are, always seem to know how to make you buy additional products.

    Being retired and poor I start out with no scent because it's expensive but if fishing is slow I will use several different ones to see which is working best. Sometimes them crappie want some candy on their jig.
