Kid's Day--A Great Time

Our local lake held it's annual "lake Days" event today....21 kids entered the 11 & younger tournament which is the one Hannah is usually in..What a way to spend a day...All the kids that entered got a small prize of fishing equipment and a nice trophy...They were smiling ear to ear....We are going to rest up for a couple of hours and go back for the car show & fireworks....Good weather, good food, good friends and smiling kids...Hard to beat...

Same thing here Don. The Jonathan Acklen Memorial Bass Tourney and Take a Kid Fishing Day was today. Big money, big prizes, tons of people on the water. It is a good thing when people get together for the fun of it and just want to fish together and try to win something. Like I told you on the phone, boats as far as the eye could see. Thank goodness I wasn't on the water. I might have gotten trolling motor toe by now. Thanks for the report. FATBOY
