I got to thinking today about daring to imagine your wildest dreams coming true in the world of fishing. I knew I always wanted to be like Bill Dance and share what little I know about bank fishing with others. I never pretended to be a full time professional except in my dreams. I guess that is what this thread is all about. What is it that you have dared to imagine about yourself in the fishing world? Here is my dream. I want to be featured on the cover of CRAPPIE one day with a featured story about "Old Ship." It just might inspire other minority youth to take up fishing instead of gang banging. What is your dream???

"The DREAM" would be a Coast Guard Liscensed 6 pack charter Captain on a 50' or so modern sportfisher running 5 trips a week to the Gulfstream or running out of St. Thomas.

My dream is to be a guide and fish for a living. Im only 27 and like to think i am on that track. I am going to be purchasing a Ranger 619 or 620v when i return from deployement that would be perfect for guiding. I am going to be moving back to SC in December of 2013 and hopefully a few years after that i can start guiding on santee, murray, and wateree. But this is only a dream. I just finished my bachelors in science to go along with an associates in tool and die and would have to convince my wife into letting me quit a pretty decent paying job that i hope to get when i move back home. Only a dream though, lol

my dream in the fishing world is to have all the right equipment and to know how to use it to the best of it's capabilities. As of now I'm half way there LOL
