Way to go Tommy. A day on the lake even in the wind sure beats the State Fair.
Since my Company gave me a paid day off today (in case I wanted to go to the State Fair) I went fishing instead!
We went to Tebo this morning and fished from 3 to 8 foot of water. Most hits were just off the bottom and very light. The two of us were two beads apiece short of limits when we decided to call it a day. That wind was brutal to keep up with for sure.

Same on the Grand, wind was frustrating. I don't mind wind, but wind that changes direction by 45 degrees every minute... tough.
The best way to get to where you want to be in the future is to act like you are there TODAY.
Tommy.....sounds like you had a "blue ribbon" day....no pun intended
Crappie.......its whats for dinner!!
Glad you got a day to fish .... Thanks for the report.
I have not yet begun to procrastinate .....
When the boat gets to rocking all day long from the wind I feel like I've been on roller coasters all day long. Its worth it though especially with two beads shy of 30. Good report ol boy.
New goal 16" crappie by December 30
good day
Tommy when you can get em to pay you to go fishing then you've truly got it made, nice report. Not so sure about two beads short but know a guy or two that are "two bricks shy of a load"
nice report, hard to fish in the high winds for sure,,,, two beads shy of a full load,,, been there hate that.... congrats
