Slip float knots

I make my own slip knots for my slip floats by using small diameter braded line in high visiablity colors. I tie a nail knot onto coffee stirrers and this allows me to pre-tie the knot like the store bought ones. I bought a little tool to help tie the nail knot at a fly supply store. One coffee stirrer can be used to put several knots on and I have better luck keeping these from getting lost or tangled. You can also cut them to smaller lengths for individual knots.
