I read an article that said not to eat raw freshwater fish because of parasites! It told of some guys in a northern state that came down with large type tape worms. They had eaten Pickled Pike or something like that. It said to always cook freshwater fish . Why do they eat some saltwater species raw ? Do they not have parasites or what?
