10/5-10/7 2012 North Ky. Lake Shindig

Looks Like we've firmed up the dates for our 2012 shindig. The dates are Oct. 5th, 6th, & 7th. I will again host the event at Big Bear Resort Camp Ground, Lot 73.

Friday will be a "Meet & Greet," with a pot luck supper. We will try to have a friendly Tournament Saturday, followed by a fish fry. Sunday will be a recovery day!

As always we will try to have door prizes for all crappie.com members that attend.

All are welcome.

I'm asking this year, (if you care to but not required) to bring a non-perishable donation, to be given to Marth's Vinyard. Martha's Vinyard is a great local, not for profit charity, that feeds 1000's of needy throughout the year especially over the holidays. Again, this is strictly voluntary. There will be a drop box for donations at my site.

How is the camping there? We have a 40ft 5th wheel and may try to make it. Not sure as of now. But will let you know before hand.

Here is there link at Big Bear. Kentucky Lake Big Bear Resort I have only tent camped there but the sites on the water are really nice. Terry would have more info. You might PM him if he is on the boat. Hope to see you. Haven't talked to you guys since the Paris Shindig. If you need anything let us know. Hope this helps!

Is this still planned? Still not sure I can make it, We have all next week camping. Get home the 25th then leave heading to Indiana on the 28th to Watch Purdue play. Then back home the 1st. so that only leaves 3 days to get everything ready to head that way. And still have not had the hitch put on the back of the camper to be able to tow the boat. So would only be camping and not fishing If I get to make it.
Not sure how fun the boat will be towing behind the camper . LOL
