Went out yesterday for a few hours and it wasn't pretty. Had 2 bluegills and a perch before the wind blew us off the water. Talked to a couple guys who had been fishing before I got there and they had no luck with the crappie's either.

Sounds like you gave it a good shot. Thanks for the report. I do pretty well right outside the small inlet mid-lake on the westside. There's a nice drop-off right off the mouth of that creek that the perch and crappie will school up on. The north end was hot during that last heat wave we had.

Well I'll keep you posted as that's only 15 minutes from the house. I even make it up there on a few weeknights if I get off early enough so I'll be fishing it quite a bit this summer.
