Size: 33.2 KBWell only brought home four good crappie today. Unfortunately we have to contend with the lakes being fertilized around here. I say it really affects the fish bite but others say different. The clear water lake is still a bit cloudy looking. Hopefully it'll clear up completely before my next outing.

Thanks. Nice lookin work. Started tying some of my own little jigs. Sometimes it's the only thing these clear water crappie will bite. I use them vertical jiging. Would like to use them with my ultra lite but to lite to cast. I also found the white crappie niblets work well with the jigs. The fish just seem to take it in their mouths and not even strike at all. You just notice a little weight when you give it a jig. I've caught some really nice crappie using them. Have to post some pics next time.
    Keep on tyin!
