DO-IT Molds has blank molds you can take to a machine or tool and die shop and have them cut the shape you want, gotta be pretty expensive though i would think...izzy http:http://www.do-itmolds.com/products/s...semolds_i.php?

I would try a blank from do-it , Use a Dremil tool to try and carve your jig shape into . Or use a dremil to modify a factory made jig mold to your jig shape.

You might could try a technical college if you have one around that area that has a machine shop. Depending on the instructor the cost may be little or nothing. They usually have ball mills and and milling machines and possibly some aluminum stock if you cannot find any blank molds.
