crappie.com support titles (custom?)

I always thought this would be a good idea but what if we made it when you donate 20$ or more (over time or at once) to crappie.com you can add and extra little name next to were it says

Supporter of crappie.com- Bream slayer

Or

Crappie.com 3k star general- Crappie Nightmare

Of course adding admin or moderator to it (unless you are) would result in name privliges revoked.

I thought this would be cool and it would be something people would like and gives your account alittle personal touch.

Just and idea but anybody got any feed back about it?

Your right....we do and for being a supporter you get the ads removed from the board pages also. Anybody that wants to be a supporter just go to the top of the page and click where it says Membership and go from there.

There is something up there for supporters, but Spawn is saying something 'custom' that is left up to the user.

For what purpose, we have an Avatar and a Signature to personlise. Like it is there is no prob telling who supports the site and at what level. Being a supporter of this site gives you some good advantages such as no adds and bigger PM boxes and more options of what youi can have in your signature.

I think it is an idea that may encourage others to become supporters, although it is probably a feature that I wouldn't use since I don't even have a signature or avatar yet. LOL However, I know that the website can't be exactly the way each of us may want it.

These titles are automatically generated. If you become a supporter, it adds it automatically, and when your subscription expires, it removes it automatically. And actually we have three levels, Donator, Supporter, and Member Sponsor. All those will show in your title, and it's all automatic.


I can edit Titles by hand but it would be a problem. If I edit "titles" by hand, they would have to be removed by hand. As the only Administrator on the site I am the only one with that capability and I know for fact that I could not keep up with that extra workload. But you all can customize your own Avatars and Signatures towards that same effect.

I guess having said all that, we could add more automatic levels, but I'm not sure we need any more than Supporter, Sponsor, or Donator.
