Hey my friend. I just answered your pm. That should help. Mostly I bank fish where deep water is nearby that I can reach with a slip float rig. I use a Styrofoam float with 1/8 barrel sinker to give me good casting distance and then tie on a barrel swivel. My leader is always a double rig set up so I can fish different sections of the water column with two different baits or colors.

At the top of my double rig is a #4 hook on a Palamar knot. I can add either a minnow or soft plastic to this hook. About 12 inches below that is a 1/16 jig with sickle hook. It can be a hair jig or it can be dressed with soft plastic. Most times I set the slip float so it will be about four feet off the bottom where larger fish lie. If I am after Shellcracker then the top hook is #8 on which I fish a wax worm and the bottom is a 1/32 jig with soft plastic grub on it.
