Fished up around the state park on brush piles. The bite was slower but still turned out good. We fished from 6 to 9 and caught 2 limits of fish. Fish were mostly on the small side with most between 10-10.75 . Best bite was 18-22ft and close to the bottom. Drop it straight down and snails pace crawl it up while keeping the boat still. We were fishing midsouth super jig glow chart on a 1/16oz head and 2lb ultra green maxima. All and all a good moring but had to move a lot. Never caught more than 7 on any bed.
Fish like your hungry!
Glad you got out. Thanks for the post.
