Say you were fishing on a Corps of Engineers lake on a brushpile built by the Corps. This is a spot which you and several more donated the trees, concrete blocks and zips ties to build.. Up comes a boat and an old man says see that cork? This is my spot and your rude as he tosses his anchor next to your boat like a cannon ball. What do you do? Remind him it is public waters and he is the rude one cause you were there first? Do you leave ?

Can not post what i would say. Was raised to respect elders,but in your case him being that rude i would have let him have what was on my mind. And stayed put even if i was not catching any.

Don't say a word. Ignore him. Out of the corner of your eye, watch him start to boil.
When you think he may explode, put your hand over your heart and tell him your a
heart patient and can't take him too seriously cause you don't want someone like him
giving you any kind of life saving procedures cause he is too angry to do anything right.
Wait for his reaction, be prepared to dodge any flying objects......tell him you will pray
aloud for him and his anger issues if he wishes. Stay alert while awaiting any fly objects.
Keep an eye on him at all times and if no flying objects come your way, act as if you
just missed a bite........could have been that monster crappie that has been swimming
around your boat. Ask him to please watch out for the crappie and let you know if he
sees it, cause it belongs to you cause you was there first, laugh when you say this.
Act accordingly. Stay or leave.

It's hard to say what I would do unless I was actually there but a number of things come to mind and none of them would result in he or I catching any fish from that spot.
