    Hi folks,

    Ken here from Vermont. This is my first season fishing Crappie. In the past years I have spent an average of 70 days on the water (both hard and soft). Summer months were spent fishing bass, winter months...fishing perch.

    All that changed this year when I fell in love with pan fishing through the ice, transitioning to pre-spawn panfishing this spring, and ultimately Crappie fishing. These are truly remarkable fish. I love the challenge of trying to figure them out.

    So far this has given me a ton of information. I look forward reading the many stories and tips on the forums

    Hey Ken!!! Glad to see another Vermonter on board!!!!!!! I'm down in Northfield so finding crappie for me is a long drive, and having to wait till my nephew is ready to go with the boat. Did find out about a place near me that had some but it's tough to fill out a limit and real limited access.

    Again welcome aboard!!!!! and if your tying jigs post some up in the tying section.
