Default my new over head rod holders

after looking at all kinds of designs for over head rod holders I ended up using this design I have less than $15.00 in the whole project the 2x4x96 was like $2.67 and the bicycle hooks were like .78 cents a piece Name: ImageUploadedByTapatalk1341179010.010740.jpg

I just cut the 2x4 in half and spaced the hooks out evenly using a tape measure and then ore drilled all of my holes and used 2 screws per rack to mount them to the ceiling I have to go buy 2 more hooks cause I didn't have enough but I'm still less the $15.00 on the rod racks

Great looking setup and you can not beat the price. I have used those type hooks for a lot of different applications.

I'm close except I used clothes hangers and hung at different levels......I can stack them up that way. Also nailed to exposed rafters in my shop.

looks good, keeping things tidy and organizied protects your stuff and saves you a lot of time searching for gear. i have an 18' x 20' man cave/shop and you wouldn't believe the stuff i've got in their, bet i could walk in blindfolded and get anything i wanted.

Nice idea. Cheaper than my favorite Pirahna rod holders from BassPro @$40.
