[STL Crappie Nightmare]

The wife and kids are out of town for a week so I'm home alone Monday night a buddy and I hit Smithville for a little walleye fishing we had a couple of good hits and one hook-up that spit the lure before I ever saw what it was, so I told him I bet you if I come back tomorrow without you I'll catch one. (Side note, I never catch the big one when I've got a friend in the boat only when I'm by myself so my buddies are starting to doubt my stories. That never happens to anyone else right? Rofl) Anyway, I went back late last night for a couple of hours and what do you know a 25 1/2 inch walleye that weighed in a 6lbs even finds his way in the boat, so of course as soon as I caught him I sent the pic to my buddy so he could see the fish in my boat. Got this one again on a crankbait casting into the shallow main lake points late last night.
