I've had good luck with the mister twister salt water piranha but be careful on the first few fish because the blade's are SHARP!
Just in case. Is there such a thing as a good electric fillet knife?

I like the American angler brand. First one lasted me 13 years. I'm still on my second one at 7 years now and still running strong.
I love mine if I have a bunch to clean.
I have a mister twister that works well, but it is my first electic fillet knife so I can't accurately compare it.
i have a mister twister salt piranha for the last 3 years but it is starting to cut out and will not clean a crappie thought it would last a little longer for the money
I use the cheap kitchen elec knife from wallmart i clean every thing for crappie catfish walleye salmon no problems at all. On my 2nd one in 10 years it get used about every week.
Scotty, I haven't had that gooda luck with the cheap wmart knives. I very well could be too rough on them tho. df
Just do not buy the Rapala or Berkly electric ones from WalMart. Neither one made it through a limit of fish for me. Back to the good ole Rapala Filet knife. I have also heard good reports on the American Angler and Mister Twister Piranha.
I haven't seen (I don't remember if I have) the American angler. Where do u get them?
