On the water at 7am with 4 doz minnows and k-rig set up. Every pile and dock produced. Problem is, the biggest fish was 7 inches. No keepers. Still good to get out on the water to feel the tic-tig-tug. I really just wanted to try my new livewell pump which works excellent, too bad no fish were loaded in the livewell.

I too have had similar luck at Perry about a week ago. Wont be making that trip up there again!

It is a good lake with nice fish but just a lot of dinks lately for me anyway.

Seems to be on a down cycle. We use to fish it a lot in the winter and caught a ton of 12 to 13 inch fat fish. The last couple of winters not so much. It will get better....I hope!
