    Default Boat performance question

It feels like I'm always fighting my boat motor. When you let go of the tiller it jets to the right. A lengthy trip gets the ole arm pretty tired. Would a Hydrofoil and torque equalizer help with this problem? Thanks

Turn your tourque tab to the right. Looking at it from the back of your prop.

+1 That tab counters the torque of the prop. It works exactly opposite of a rudder. Adjust it just a little bit at a time until the pull is gone.

If you're running a bigger tiller, look into the Mertens Tittan Tiller system. A couple of walleye guys I know fish them on their 75 and up tiller motors and they can steer with two fingerss. It's the equivalent of no-feedback hydraulic steering for a console boat.
