    Only if you get caught.
    Smithville lake is run by the C.O.E.,and they do it all the time.MDC's C.A. might have different rules.I would hope they wouldn't bother you if you use natural materials and it poses no hazard to navigation.
    Not a real good answer,I'm sure,but its the only one I got.
