Minnows

Trapping creek minnows for crappie. Never know if trap will have some if any in it. Its fun to pull up a full trap though. Catch a lot of 3 1/2 inch minnows and they dont catch as many fish as smaller ones, but I do catch some of all size on the big ones. These minnows keep well and stay alive good in warm water. I keep them in my garage by my freezer in a #2 tub. I put a gallon frozen jug in it during the hot part of the day and seems to work well.

You might also need some type of aerator to keep them for any period of time.
