Went Fishin

Went fishin this mornin at my honey hole by the drain pipe in the lake I fish, got on the water at 6am
and was catchin them at about 6' deep on minnows but as the sun got higher I kept moving a little
deeper and I ran out of minnows about 9am. I ended up with 36 that were from 9 to 13"

And it only took one beer to get them cleaned! 52 filets



I scaled and cleaned about 10 of the smaller ones. Some of the people I give my fish to
like them that way instead of fileted

Hey you fished that not long ago! Me and my dad were catching them on silver jigs this morning. They cant get enough minnows now

Spawn, I try to fish once or twice a week weather and honey-do's permitting. Yes I went last Sat but it will be over a week before I get to go again.

Wow. Beautiful fish. I caught some just a bit smaller than that yesterday when I was out fishing one of my local haunts.

Naw i aint saying that in a bad way , i just cant believe you caught them in the same place cause for me them crappie move every three days! Lol
