Hillsdale Friday A.M. and Sunday A.M.
Tried Hillsdale Friday morning. Was unsuccessful finding a good walleye bite. Did catch a few nice crappie while fishing for walleyes. Tried it again this morning. Once again didn't find the walleye but caught a few crappie in the process. Switched over to crappie fishing. Ended up with 7 keepers in about 2 hours. The bite was still on but had to leave. Fished dropoffs in 12-20' of water with rock and a few brush piles. Caught a few on minnows but the bite was better for me on red/chartruese or white jigs.
Picked up enough for supper. Great morning on the water. Not many boats out for a Sunday morning.

Saturday was a great day at Hillsdale. Perfect weather. As far as the fish we had to hunt but if you found a cluster of 3 trees you found a keeper.
