Hey all,
I forgot about Moses and Potholes too. Very close to both.

OK guys,
I have a home in Richland (with a pool). I am looking for anyone who wants to show me how to fish Crappie at Lyons or Central Ferry during week days.
I am retired, but my beautiful wife works at Boeing Everett. I spend weekdays in Richland taking care of the pool and mowing the lawn. Have most days open for fishing.
If you can show me how to catch Crappie, you got a seat on my boat (loaded!), and a place to sleep. I have opened the pool, so I have to be there every week now. Please call or email me.

Dang it, wished I knew the area!
bwahahahahaha
I'm leaving friday night for Lyons Ferry if the weather stays decent out there. We should be launching out from the park by 7am or so. I plan to fish around Lyons Ferry for a few hours then head up above the damn to fish the islands for channel cats and fish some of the creek inlets for crappie and bass. It should be red hot right now out there. I'd love to show you some holes......I only get weekends off though.
I was at central monday and it was rippin so hard I coulndt fish. I hope to make it sat!

Was the water puke green are is starting to clear up a little? I won't be able to make out this weekend but everything is set in stone for next weekend (10th and 11th). The weather reports look perfect 78* with only 7mph winds. I've already made room in the freezer for some crappie fillets:D.
the water in the main river was a nice green with visibility about 2 ft. which is good for the snake. I think next week will be better, things are just starting to get going for the crappie on the snake. The bass havent even spawned out yet.
Thanks fowlguy...that's really good news. The crappie should be stacked up in a few holes I know about out there. Those smallies are a blast to catch. You can knock them dead below Little Goose dam, good place for big cats as well about 45mins after the turbines are shut off.
