Default How do you haul your gear if you're bank fishing (and have a bit of a walk)?

Dad and I are going to hit the pond we fished about a week ago tomorrow. It's a bit of a walk, and last time it about wore us out. He likes to golf, and I figured he had an old pull-type golf cart laying around, and I told him he should fix it up so he could cart his stuff to the water. Last night I threw this together with stuff I had laying around (I forgot I had these wheels, or I wouldn't have had to buy a set for my Kayak cart).

I've seen coolers with rod holders added, the golf carts I'd mentioned, etc. Anyone use anything to make transporting a bit of gear easier on a worn-out body?

I use a backpack for those long walks to reach far off spots on the river bank. used to wade fish for smallies up in PA in the summers an it worked great to carry gear.

I've been wonderin' what I could do with my golf cart. Collapsible, holds a 5 gallon bucket
just like you designed, bells & whistles are going off in my head. I like the way you think. I'm
watchin' your posts. I ride the electric golf carts now. I ain't draggin' nuthin' if I can ride.

I tend to over-pack, if I used a wagon I'd have stuff heaped over the top. That bucket forces me to cut out anything but essentials (and that's a good thing).
