    Default Test trailer lights with 9v battery...


    Important thing is to make sure that the white wire in trailer wiring is properly bonded to chassis! Best to use a helper when doing this. Hook up the battery as shown in pic (polarity doesn't matter since the trailer is not connected to vehicle). Momentarily touch brown wire connector. All running lights should come on. Momemtarily touch yellow wire. Left light (turn) light comes on. Momentarily touch green wire connector. Right turn light on.
    This is quick and easy. No rocket science here. If you leave battery on continueously, it will run down fast..

    Be sure to make good connections when testing.

    You can also troubleshoot wiring with 9v battery. I will post how to if anyone interested. You don't need to know how to use a meter!
