    Default lightest rod under $60

i like the Lew's wally marshall series rods, so far its the lightest rod that ive tried, but the problem is the 7' rod only come with 1 piece. Anyone know a similar rod that is 7' to 7'6" with 2 pieces under $60? there's a 7'6 daiwa spinmatic rod on ebay, not sure if i want to buy it, anyone own a daiwa?

Spinmatic rods are really nice rods. I own a 7' and a 7'6", they are really good quality for the price. Only down side is they are a little "whippy" very light action.

I have the Daiwa, but I'd take a look at the Bass Pro Microlite's, too. I'm not a fan of the reel seat on the Microlite, but it has better guides than the Daiwa.

X2 on the microlite. I have a 7'6" and love it.

I'm the complete opposite, I think the the micro lights weigh a ton, if it weren't for that I'd be a fan.
