Hit the water around 11am and quit at 3pm. First hr or so got 15 nice fish, the rest of the time nada.2-4fow. Gonna try to get out earlier tomorrow.

Good going! Seems like they are still in spawning mode. I am going to try to get back to Perry this weekend. I was able to get the new livewell pump in. I moved up from 500 to 750 GPH. The Johnson 750 GPH was cheaper for some reason. Had to crush the broken off plastic in the inlet hose and pick out with needle nose pliers, soldered and heat shrunk the wiring. 1.5 hr project. Sounds like there are some big crappie at Clinton. I had a buddy you know from our younger years show me some pictures from their outings this past Winter at Clinton.
