    Default Butla start/stop times

Registration for Butla will be at Bayou Point from 5:45 - 6:15. Start fishing time is 6:30, stop fishing time 2:00 and weigh-in line disqualification time is 3:00. Sat will set the start the weigh time.

Everyone knows the water is low but currently on the rise with recent rains but you must be careful. Please use the river channel whenever you can as you move about and DON'T try and round off any corners and take a short cut as this could put you in 6" of water. Trust your electronics and you should be fine.

And when he says round off--he means it--some of the points the shallow water comes out a couple hundred yrds into the lake.
