Thanks everybody. We had a great time and it was really cool to break the crappie fast that we were going through after the spawn. I bet I hadn't caught 3 crappie in three weeks! I was really surprised at the numbers we got. I think it was 35 total. Thats my step dad that fished the tourney with me and he had a blast. He doesn't get to fish with me much so it was too awesome that we did so well.

OK... so now that I've got to feel like a pro for a couple days, I'll go ahead and admit that it was even easier than it looked... cause there was only one other entry besides us! Too bad because I'm afraid that the guy who dreamed the tournament up may not do it again next year. I really wish there had been more entries. We did so well I bet we could have given even the best of em a run for their money!

Main thing is we had a blast and the pics of us holding those trophies are still pretty cool even if it was a little too easy.

But hey! 10 years from now when I'm startin to maybe get a little forgetfull... I might just remember it a little different. Ya, maybe it was 5 or 10 other entries? Ya I think it was 10 entries, maybe more! And Bill Dance was there! Heck ya he was! Yes sir, out fished Bill Dance himself that day... sure did! LOL!

BTW... that was saturday. Sunday night I took the wife out and caught 27 more. So if ur anywhere near Eucha Lake in Oklahoma... The crappie is ON!!!
