Need help on an old post about Cardinal reels

Hey folks. I need some help finding the post, or more importantly, the website link that sold ultralight spinning reels for under $10 I believe they were Cardinals but not for sure. I've been looking hard but can't find the link. I saw it several months ago. Maybe it was just a sale thing, I don't know. Just trying to pick up a couple of small, cheap spinning reels to get my young boys. Thanks for any help you might be able to offer.
