I read it somewhere so I thought I'd try it. Basically all I did was salt and peppered the meal. I filleted and cut all the fish into bite size morsels and threw them into the meal and rolled them good and dropped them into the hot grease. Being bite size it only takes a couple minutes before they're floating and man, talking about something good. Next time you're about to fry fillets give this a shot. Only takes a couple minutes and you'll have all your fillets cut into about 1" squares. :D
