    Default Smithville 5 - 2 early morning

Same spot, same result. Only fishes are not as big. Biggest was 12", the rest 10 - 11".
Cambranch bridge early morning 6-9. Mostly taken with minnows. Only got about 2-3 on road runners.

Glad you had good results! Thanks for sharing! I have seen a lot of things but don't remember seeing fish cleaned as pictured? I have scaled and defined and deheaded them. What is with the head? Have I been missing the best part Looks as if the gills might be gone also? Need a little lesson here!

Believe it or not the heads are great too. My aunt cleaned the fishes. That's how they clean fish in Asia. I only know the American way, which is fillet and battered then deep fried. :D
I think she scaled the fishes, gutted them and took out the gills also. These fishes are cooked in sort of like a "hot pot" or stewed.

Thanks for a great report and congrats on a good morning. I think I'll stick to the normal fillets .. but thanks for sharing about the Asian cleaning method. I met a guy from Russia who did a very similar thing.
