I have the original Garmin ETrex - several years old. Works great and I love it. I use it to mark fishing spots and to mark locations on Caddo in case I get lost. Very simple to use - I'm sure the newer models have more features.

I have the Garmin Etrex legend. I bought the Southeast lake maps with it. Good maps with excellent contours. Also I use it to mark spots and to keep from getting lost in the swamp.
