Handle a Sam Heaton by BnM. I really like the 9 footer but I'm rod poor and just can't pull the trigger on yet another.

+1. I went in to BPS and held several ones in my hand and shook them all, and I favored the Sam Heaton, too. It was more expensive, but really felt like a quality rod, with the right sensitivity/backbone.

Crappie Getter by American Rod Smiths. You can buy them through Grizzly Jig. They have good graphite construction, cork handles, and the reel seat it set towards the rear more to balance it and cut down on fatigue for those long days on the water. Great for those of us who single pole fish all day.
