    Default LOZ Sunday the 22nd with the grandbaby


    Went to my moms house Sunday for my grandmothers 97th birthday and took the fishing pole so my Granddaughter and i snuck out to the dock and fished.She just turned two and her favorite words are papa and fishing.Any ways i dipped the brush along the walkway in 3fow and this ole girl slammed my jig. 15 1/4 long and 2.14lbs.She was spraying eggs everywhere when i lifted her so we took a quick pic weighed her and let her go.

    There will be days when the fishing is better than one's most optimistic forecast, others when it is far worse. Either is a gain over just staying home.

    Went up Saturday with the wife and they were starting to hit the banks, what a huge crappie on LoZ. Way to go on turning her back too she may live on that dock forever man.
    New goal 16" crappie by December 30

    Aint that the truth.That little girl could make me do anything with just a smile and a hug.
