That is definitely a nice fish. However, in my own humble opinion, I do not think fish out of a private pond should be allowed as "official record fish". Its like, "Want to catch a record fish?" Grow your own! Maybe I'm full of it, but its the way I feel about it. Its still a dream of catching fish!
