    Default Lowrance Ifinder h2o

    Guys,

I took a look at the Lowrance h20 color edition today, the guy behind the counter put a hotspots map in it, and I really liked it. Any reports on this thing, is it easy to use? Are there any better/cheaper GPS out there?

    Thanks in advance

    Mike

I have the h20c, so far I like it. Havent used it enough yet to learn much about it. I mainly got it to save my honey holes.

I have the regular h2o. I like it. I couldn't see paying more for color? I basically wanted it so I could save my own hotspots, and for navigation purposes, such as fishing on Truman. I don't have any problems with the unit. I'm sure there are a ton of settings on any gps unit you look at. Just have to learn the one that you purchase.

i have the h2oc i really dont like it if the sun is shining
you can not see the screen it will kill a set of batteries
in 6 hrs or less i use mine on the 12 volt adapter that
comes with it it is not user friendly at all i can usually
figure out how to work something in pretty short order
but this thing has me scratching my head a lot i have
always been a lowrance fan an still love their depth
finders but not their gps i called lowrance about not
being able to see the screen in sun an their response
was it is the type of cover they use to get the color
screen i tried to get them to swap it for a regular h2o
but they wouldnt do it in imo dont buy the color
