    Default Smithville limit 4/21

I hit the water yesterday afternoon for a few hours . It started out slow , with a few fish caught here and there , with most being short black crappie . I kept the boat moving and covered about every cove in the main lake , with a few I had never been in before . As it got later , the bite picked up . All fish were over 10" , with the biggest at 12" . Just good eaters . I caught them casting jigs in 7-10' . About half were females full of eggs .

Well done sir and thanks for the report. I was up river last week from the bank and the water basically looked like chocolate milk.
