April CDC Truman Results

[Jigging15]

We had another good turn out this month. "30 boats". We payed 7 places and had a 12' Pro Angler rod for 8th "one out of the money" We payed 2 places for big fish and gave away a 16' B'n'M Pro Staff trolling rod for 3rd big fish. The lowest weighing postion was awarded a transom saver. We also gave away a large pack of painted jig heads, Midsouth tubes and a couple variety packs of Southern Pro tubes and hand tied jigs to teams that did not place in the money. Thanks Brett and Reagan for picking the numbers. Also a big thanks to everyone who donated prizes for giveaways.

The weather turned out great after the fog went away.Light winds always a plus when the bite is slow.My son was getting a little worried since we were not catching very many fish,but when he landed our fifth big fish,he looked at me with big eyes and a huge smile and said " we're doing good are'nt we".That was the highlight of the day for me.
