My lid got broke on a 737, so I called and asked about buying a new one. Woman on the phone said that I didn't need to buy one she would send me one for free, didn't care how old it was. Now that's what I call service after the sale, just thought I would send a note about this some company's today forget about you after the sale NOT PLANO they will get all my business

Thats great to hear! And sure wish I would thought to just buy lids. Couldn't tell ya how many plano boxes I have thrown away cause I dropped or stepped on em and broke a lid.

I have never bought any other tackle box other than plano, just for that reason. Its a proud company with great employees that bend over backwards to satisfy their customers. When you buy plano, it is guaranteed for life of ownership.

Another company that I think has good CS too is Midland Radio. Both my buddy and I recently bought weather Midland radios from them and while mind has worked great his had a problem, he had to replace the back up batteries about every 3 weeks so I took my meter down and fond out there was no output from his power adapter so I called Midland and no ?'s at all and said they would mail him a adapter ASAP. I like mine and it sure will wake you up during bad weather, one night finally had to put it in the kitchen with too many flash flood warnings. Model WR-120.

Ive got a few Falcon FTO Tackle Organizer boxes that have MOLDED compartments rather than the slide in dividers that stuff slides underneath....lids and hinges are busted, I might have to call them. I think Plano sells them now. Ive held onto them and used them with bungie straps because A) theyre hard to find B) I love the design
