crappie fishing help!!!

anyone will go for crappie in lk Union or Sawyer lake this Friday afternoon? I don't have any experiment about crappies fishing or sunfish:o I would like to go fishing with someone good in crappies fishing in order to learn how to catch crappie. Thanks

Welcome to the site Auburn. From the tittle of the thread I thought you'd found a sweet honeyhole and needed some help catching all those slabs lol . I won't be out friday but I may just have an open seat on Saturday if none of the fellas can meet up with you on Friday.

It's still a little early for Union. Maybe another week of good weather and they'll be up shallow for sure. On Sawyer they should be up in the shallows right now in that cove straight out from the boat launch.
