Default Everybody is talking about "Reel Lites"

OK, I tried out something new tonight and it was the
coolest thing ever. I fished the docks while it was
raining with a new product called Reel Lites.

    It's a 612 led submersible light ($124.00) with
2600 lumen's and I can truly say that it lights up everything.

The plankton and minnows showed up within minutes.
Had my first fish hooked on in less than five minutes.
We fished for 2 hours and at one time, we were
catching whites one after another. It's really neat to see
the fish swimming around the green light.

Ended up catching walleye, LMB, drum, and tons of
whites. You have to check them out.
    Reel Lites Hook'Em!!

    Note:
Shane purchased the light and was so impressed
asked to become a Reel Lites Pro-staff

"We have had a couple different ones from Cabalas and Academy, but I really like the one we ordered
from Reel-Lites.com. He makes them with LEDs instead of fluorescent. It was much brighter than the
comparable fluorescent ones. My cousin actually ordered the light that we are using. We plan on
getting a couple more. They are much brighter and much more efficient. Great Product!"

Ok Bob, I'm looking at buying a green light to fish under......

Compare your 712 LED light to the 4 Ft Hydroglow (non LED) so I can get both sides of the story.

Hydro Glow is designed to expose 3-4 inches abovewater
Reel Lites is designed to go deep to where the fish are
    Example shark fishing

Their bulbs are rated for 20,000 hour, Reel lights50,000 hours

Hydro Glow does NOT give Lumens or amps draw

    Rating for 714
Cost per led is 0.19 cents

    35,000K-42,000K
    2,450Lm
    Amp draw 2.68

Been conducting experiment with a 8 D size batterieswith the 714 for killing the batteries
With the 714 have run it 11 hours (need to finishtest) but estimate that there will be more
Then enough light to fish with for 20-24 hours. The reason for the test is for Kayak, bank
Or 2nd boat without lugging around a bigbattery as to carrying a small battery pack

    Note:
Can build a bigger light for the same price
    Same lenght
    Smaller around

But the question being when is enough light, enough,
I build lights that are effective and priced for fishermen
    who are on tight bugdet.

My first light for several years was the 102 Led
in fact most all testimonials were about the 102

People started asking for bigger lights, and what
have found is the 714 is about as big as I or the market
can stand. Anything bigger is a OVER KILL

    Just my thoughts and opion

We had the opportunity to take the Reel Lite 408 LED up to the lake over weekend. The
light performed without any problem. We removed the alligator clips as we had discussed on the
phone and connected it to a DC converter and timer so that would come on each night around 9 PM
and stay on until 2 AM.

The number of fish that collected around the light was unbelievable! There where hundreds of bait
fish, perch and Bass around the light.

We first placed it in 8 foot water at the bottom of the lake and it illuminated the area perfectly. On the
last night we moved it to the dock in about 4 foot of water and it was like looking into an aquarium with
all the fish around the dock the light attracted.

I tried to get you some pictures but couldn't inactivate the flash. This caused a reflection on the
waters surface so that you couldn't see the illumination from the light.

I'll try again in a few weeks with
another camera when I get back up the house and try and get you some good pictures.
Thank you again for making the modifications to the cord to allow us to move it further from the dock
and into deeper water. It worked just as I had thought it would.

    Sincerely Bob Stippel

I used to use the halogens from wally world.
Little over a year ago i ran across Reel Lites

I tested them hard in clear to muddy water and open water & through the ice.
I found them to draw all kinds of fish in!

boat loads more pics and vids here to prove it.
    Photo Bucket of more fish

Most any lights will draw bait then fish(on most nights) the real advantages
to these Reel Lites are low batt. draw

(I now use 612 led light, on a vexilar batt.,
three nights in a row flathead fishing, with no noticable loss of charge),

no bugs drawn, super durability, use in or out of the water,
no heat, patio lights, drop/work light, emergency auto light,
dock light, boat light, ice shanty light, decades of bulb life,

special order cord length and special order light length/size...............
buy one and it should be the last one youll ever need to buy!

I was talking to Steel guyabout Reel lites at the Slabfest about the quality of the light and the outputeffect that the 712 Led gives off about a 20' mushroom effect of light.
These lights are outstandingfor night fishing. They pre-weighted and stay underwater at the depth you set with a bobber so they don't draw bugs.
If you've ever thought aboutnight fishing, get yourself on of these Reel Lites

    Sir,

I just ordered your 408 light. I was unsure if it does come with a cigarette light plug or not as my Lund has a power point. If not no worries I will just cut and splice one on. I look forward to getting the light. Just so you know I purchased your lights over the others because it did look like your was a quality product and you are a sponsor.

    Thanks
