    Default Trolling rods.

I am brand new to spider rigging and was wondering what is the real difference between a jigging and trolling rod? I live in the lake Charles La. area and am having trouble putting my hands on a trolling rod.

Go here to look at rods ..... http://www.bnmpoles.com/default.aspx
Then order from grizzlyjigs.com to save some $. Trolling rods have more backbone and longer handles to better fit in rod holders. Check out PST's (pro staff trolling rod) and Capps and Coleman. Two best trollng rods.

BPS Crappie Maxx Tightline Special... They are great rods for the money. I run 24 rods and they are all I use. I have no complaints with them. They have good backbone and a sensitive tip for the lite bites. Just my opinion I'm sure lots will chime in on this one

The main structure of the rod is built alittle tough so it wont just do the kinda jerking motion like when you use road runners but the tip is sensitive enough to feel the small ones
