I have not been since March 17/18 due to surgery but i will be back down hopefuly this Friday and Saturday.
If not Friday, for sure Saturday. But i talked to a good friend today who guides there and says the fishing is great right now. Good luck and hope your kids catch a bunch.

I fished the Robinson creek area on Sunday and the main lake on Tues. Fish biting good but had moved a little deeper.
Most of our fish were holding 10 ft deep around wood and brush
    Good luck

I and my fishing buddy (fresh from the final four trip) will be on the water Saturday in the Holmes Bend area. I would say with this cold front they will be found in deeper water, so search and find is the game plan. Will report conditions and catch Saturday night.

Probably be there on Saturday, myself. Sounds like I may want to bring along some minners, if they've backed off deeper. Otherwise, I'll probably be slinging RR's around the island area ... but may venture down around the Holmes Bend area.

White ProCraft w/90Merc & KY Crappie.com decal on windshield ... hollar at me & we'll exchange info.

I'm headed to Barkley in about 30 mins
Will fight the cold front and east wind the next 3 days. But my mother in-law will have a good hot meal waiting when I get in.
    Good luck to you all

Fished Green River Butler creek from 9:30 to 5:30 pm, water color was excellent, fish were found in 12 to 14 feet mainly in the creek channel, Water temp was 66 but rose to 69.5 when I left. Fished jigs and minnows spider rigging since could not locate any shallow. Brought home 12 nice keepers and had about 25 throwbacks. 9 of the 12 were females with blood lines in the eggs, but none ready to drop. If we can get past the cold front Tues and Wed next week followed by some warming days and nights, more fish should move shallow. Saw 4 different turkeys fligh off the Corbins Bend hill across Butler creek onto private property. It was a great day for my first outing this year.
