Cool Do you need a battery case in Georgia

Do you need a battery case in a small jon boat in Georgia in a situation where you remove the battery each time the boat is used?

    Thanks for your response.

    I believe I'll go fishing!
    :D

I fish because in a world where most men seem to spend their lives doing things they hate, my fishing is at once an endless source of delight and an act of small rebellion. :)

I would just get one. Just to be safe. You can usually find them cheap at Wal-Mart

I like to keep mine covered incase of rain, if it doesn't get wet than there's less chance the post will start to corrode.

Don't know where ur at. But in Wis. its law. We was on a fishing trip from Indiana and I was stoped by a DNR Officier and warned, so we had to go by one.

If youve ever seen one overheat and exploid then there will be no other consideration but to have one. It can scar you for life!! 10 bucks aint worth the chance.
