    Default Melvern 3-31&4-1

Took my wife out Saturday. Fishin w/ cork was slooow!
Decided to pitch chart. curlytail to bank began catchin
fish. Fished from State park to Sundance(dirty) and caught
some here some there ended with 23 10.5-12 in fish.
Sunday took my buddy fishing. Had pattern fine tuned.
Caught 40 10.5-12in fish mostly males. Most of the fish
where off bank in 3-4fow chasing shad. Shad are spawning
    in some of coves.
    Thanks Jon

I was at Melvern also on Sunday, fished from 7:30-noon. We did fish on the North side and found a few and then switched to the South side. Our pattern was white curly tails fish very slow coming from the bank on gentle slopping banks staying in 8 ft of water. Caught 24 nice crappie and a walleye. Fished a windy pt right before we left and got into the white bass.
