    GO BIG ORANGE !

I meant to behave, but there were just way too many other options available at the time.

It used to be called Mr. Crappie line. Since Bass Pro and Wally broke up all Mr. Crappie BPS stuff is labelled Crappie Maxx. Pretty good line, esp. the camo line.

The only thing bad about it is the memory it has. As soon as you put it on its game over. When using light lures or bait it makes it though. I got some vicious line and it has done well so far.

by camo are you referring to the red/white/clear version?? I've been using vicious and like it, but saw this at BPS yesterday, $8/3000 yd spool, so I got a spool, but was wondering if I wasted $8 or not.

yeah, that's it. I haven't tried the vicious so I can't compare the two. I've almost always been a "stren" guy, but tried the Mr. Crappie line and no problems so far.... and I'm definitely not an expert on fishin' line, either. I've caught fish using it so I can't complain.
